Gracias a este proyecto el Puerto de Bilbao sigue avanzando para dar mejores servicios a los cruceros que recalan en sus instalaciones y, a su vez, se mejora el confort para el pasaje. Estará operativo en 2025. Asimismo, en 2023 destacan los dos Turn Around: el crucero “Sirena” de Oceania (2 -27 de mayo) y el crucero “Norwegian Gem”, de Norwegian (7-19 de septiembre). Están a tan sólo 15 minutos de Bilbao y de su aeropuerto internacional, y a unos minutos de una zona de ocio y playa. Dentro del amplio abanico de excursiones que se ofertan, destacan Bilbao y el Museo Guggenheim, la costa vizcaína, las bodegas alavesas con denominación de origen Rioja, San Sebastián y Hondarribia, San Juan de Luz, Biarritz y Baiona, Burgos o Pamplona. MAIN DEVELOPMENTS TO BE PRESENTED AT SEATRADE CRUISE GLOBAL The BilbaOPS project to deploy OPS technology on the quays where ferries and cruise ships dock, to supply electricity to the ships while they are berthed, is particularly significant. Thanks to this project, the Port of Bilbao continues to make progress in providing better services to the cruise ships that call at its facilities and, at the same time, improve comfort for passengers. This systemwill be operational in 2025.
