El edificio tiene la singularidad de ser una construcción sostenible y flexible en la que se han empleado 46 contenedores reciclados. La terminal de cruceros se encuentra ubicada en el Muelle de las Delicias. Dispone de un cómodo acceso peatonal desde la zona turística, restaurantes, el Acuario de Sevilla, un parking subterráneo (con capacidad para 350 vehículos), hospitality desk bajo demanda, aparcamiento para autobuses de tour-operadores y consigna. Además, ese mismo año atracaron en el Muelle de las Delicias los cruceros “Hamburg”, “Hanseatic Nature”, “Le Bougainville”, “Silver Whisper”, “Le Lyrial”, “Nautica”, “Clio”, “Insignia”, “Scenic Eclipse”, “Serena”, “Silver Wind” y “Silver Cloud”, “Corinthian” y los buques de expedición “World Voyager” y “Explorer”. En Seatrade la comitiva de la Autoridad Portuaria de Sevilla potenciará la navegación por el Guadalquivir como una experiencia única para el crucerista: desde la desembocadura, donde el mar se convierte en ría, el paso por Doñana, arrozales, municipios ribereños y por la Puerta del Mar a Sevilla -la esclusa-, hasta el atraque en el centro de la ciudad.
