Esta oferta se sumará a otros espacios portuarios, dotados de jardines, carril bici, senda peatonal, y lugares para practicar actividades ya recuperados para la ciudad, como el Paseo de la Ría, con la recreación de la Fuente de las Naciones Americanas y la Avenida Francisco Montenegro, un gran bulevar con jardines y carril bici.
