El Muelle Prolongación del Dique del Este es el destinado a tráfico de cruceros demayor envergadura. Cuenta con 350 metros de longitud, 16 metros de calado y 8.050 metros cuadrados de zona de aparcamiento para autobuses. El segundo de los muelles, Muelle de Levante, se encuentra en la dársena interior y se ha renovado para dar servicio a navieras con barcos de menor eslora, de forma que hasta dos cruceros que no superen los 160 metros de eslora cada uno puedan hacer escala juntos. Este atraque permite a los cruceristas el acceso a pie a la zona lúdica del distrito marítimo de la ciudad.
