La operación se desarrolló en septiembre y destacó por su complejidad técnica, ya que esta máquina, bautizada como Dulcinea, tiene un peso de 3.000 toneladas. Las diferentes piezas, con pesos que podían alcanzar las 250 toneladas, se recibieron desde Toledo en la segunda línea de muelle. La compañía volcó toda la experiencia acumulada en los últimos años en la manipulación de equipos eólicos de gran tonelaje. Esto ha convertido al operador cántabro en una referencia en el sector, que cuenta con todos los medios propios para gestionar con éxito este tipo de proyectos. Sus grúas pueden levantar hasta 154 toneladas en virada simple, aunque con frecuencia trabajan en tándemde forma coordinada para manipular las piezas de mayor tamaño.
