DE PUERTA A PUERTA - DOOR TO DOOR 95 IGNAZIO MESSINA EMBARCA CON ÉXITO CINCO LOCOMOTORAS PARA SAR La naviera italiana Ignazio Messina embarcó cinco locomotoras desde el puerto de Barcelona (Terminal Port Nou) en dos operaciones efectuadas en noviembre y febrero pasados respectivamente. La operativa se llevó a cabo en los buques multipropósito “Jolly Diamante” y “Jolly Cristallo”, dentro del servicio regular que la compañía tiene con el Middle East. Las cinco locomotoras contamos con un peso de 115 toneladas cada una y fueron vendidas en España a la empresa nacional de ferrocarriles SAR (Saudi Arabia Railways) de Arabia Saudi. La operativa se desarrolló en Terminal Port Nou utilizando dos grúas móviles trabajando en tándem por el elevado peso y se cargaron sobre los mafis de la Línea. IGNAZIO MESSINA SUCCESSFULLY SHIPS FIVE LOCOMOTIVES FOR SAR The Italian shipping company Ignazio Messina shipped five locomotives from the Port of Barcelona (Port Nou Terminal) in two operations carried out last November and in February, respectively. The operation was carried out on the multipurpose vessels Jolly Diamante and Jolly Cristallo, as part of the regular service that the company operates with the Middle East. The five locomotives, each weighing 115 tonnes, were sold in Spain to the Saudi Arabian national railway company SAR (Saudi Arabia Railways). The operation was carried out at the Port Nou Terminal using two mobile cranes working in tandem due to the heavy weight and loaded onto the line’s Mafi trailers.
