CARGAS PROYECTO - PROJECT CARGO 2023 88 CONTROL SYSTEM SURVEY COMPLETA CON ÉXITO LA SUPERVISIÓN DE LA DESCARGA DE UN SUPERYATE Una vez más, el equipo de Control System Survey ha completado con éxito la supervisión de la descarga del velero “Black Jack” que fue embarcado en Australia y llegó a España el mes pasado. El yate fue desembarcado y colocado a flote con laasistenciade lagrúapórticode61 SWL. Adicionalmente, el mástil del yate había sido retirado y estibado por separado durante la travesía. Tras culminar la descarga, el mástil fue descargado y colocado sobre la cubierta del yate. El velero, de 35,51 metros de eslora y su mástil de 43,87 metros, requirió de maniobras precisas debido al poco margen por los espacios disponibles en bodega. La tecnología de los cascos de yates de alta competición requiere de medidas especiales en cuanto a planificación, inspección y equipos de izado para evitar daños o esfuerzos en el casco. El equipo de Control System Survey tiene una larga trayectoria en las inspecciones de carga proyecto y, mensualmente, realiza operaciones por toda España. Actualmente, están preparando proyectos para la próxima Copa América, que tendrá lugar en Barcelona 2024. CONTROL SYSTEM SURVEY SUCCESSFULLY SUPERVISES THE UNLOADING OF A SUPERYACHT The Control System Survey team has successfully supervised the unloading of the superyacht Black Jack which was loaded in Australia and arrived in Spain last month. The yacht was disembarked and set afloat with the assistance of a 61 SWL gantry crane. Additionally, the yacht’s mast had been removed and stowed separately during the voyage. After completion of the unloading, the mast was unloaded and placed on the yacht’s deck. The yacht, which is 35.51 metres long and has a mast of 43.87 metres, required precise manoeuvring due to the limited space available in the hold. The technology of high-performance yacht hulls requires special measures in terms of planning, inspection and lifting equipment to avoid damage or stress to the hull. The Control System Survey team has an extensive track record in project cargo surveys and carries out monthly operations throughout Spain. They are currently preparing projects for the next America’s Cup, which will take place in Barcelona in 2024.
