Desde los meteorológicos, tan ligados hoy al cambio climático, que pueden dar al traste con cosechas enteras, a los políticos, como ocurre en el marco de la Unión Europea con la Política Agrícola Común (PAC), pasando por los energéticos, con el actual escenario de carestía, o los logísticos, como se observa a través de la escasez y dificultad de abastecimiento de fertilizantes y otras materias primas para la agricultura debido a la guerra de Ucrania. Por estas y otras circunstancias, el sector hortofrutícola está acostumbrado a transitar en la incertidumbre y, al comienzo de cada año, al tiempo que hace balance del ejercicio consumido, se enfrenta siempre a un panorama incierto.
