La operación fue realizada a bordo del buque portacontenedores “Ludwigshafen Express”, perteneciente a la flota de Hapag-Lloyd. La unidad transportada consistía en una caja de grandes dimensiones, con medidas de 5870 x 4100 x 3020 mm y un peso de 45 toneladas, lo que requirió una planificación técnica especializada. Para su transporte se utilizaron tres plataformas flat rack de 40 pies. El equipo técnico de Embalajes Cantabria diseñó y ejecutó el trincaje conforme a los estándares internacionales del Código CSS de la OMI. The company Embalajes Cantabria, specializing in integrated solutions for industrial packaging and project logistics, has successfully carried out a break bulk operation of lashing and stowage of an oversized cargo in the port of Valencia (Spain), with final destination in Qingdao (China). The operation was carried out on board the container ship ”Ludwigshafen Express”, belonging to the Hapag-Lloyd fleet. The transported unit consisted of a large box, measuring 5870 x 4100 x 3020 mm and weighing 45 tons, which required a specialized technical planning. Three 40-foot flat rack platforms were used for its transportation. The technical team of Embalajes Cantabria designed and executed the lashing according to the international standards of the CSS Code of the IMO.
